Resources include information on healthy eating, mental health and well-being, sleep, stress management, smoking/tobacco/vaping cessation, and physical fitness.

Their website also offers information about organ donation and transplantation, diabetes prevention programs, and diabetes education programs.

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics offers resources on food, lifestyle, and fitness. Information on the website includes a vast array of topics including popular eating patterns, allergies and intolerances, food safety, nutrition for chronic diseases (including diabetes), recipes, etc. There is also a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) referral service to help people find an RDN or nutrition professional in their area.

MDHHS offers several assistance programs and can help you identify diabetes prevention and management programs in your area including the Diabetes Prevention Program, Personal Action Toward Heath (PATH) programs, and the Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity program.
